The Third Coast Computer Services line of Simulator Boards is second to none in the industry.  Flexibility is the key to our designs with digital I/O points configureable for use with either sourcing or sinking I/O in your control system.  All connections to the boards are via polarized Plugs and Headers.  No more terminals to connect and disconnect each time you set up to test a system.  All our boards are designed to mount on standard DIN Rail and are powered by 24 VDC.  Using the installed DIP Switches and Rotary switches, all error conditions can be caused to fully test your control system. 
 
The Simulator Boards can also be installed in the available travel case for use at site.  Have you got a problem but you can't figure out if it is the control system, the equipment or the wiring.  Connect one of the Simulator boards in the circuit to test the various installed components.  This helps to isolate the problem equipment, leading you to faster repairs and more equipment up-time.

 Flow-STD - The standard Flow Board simulates the operation of a dual pulse meter with the output frequency proportional to a Flow Control Valve 4-20 mA input.  The board is powered by 24 VDC.  A manual mode is included for an adjustable frequency dual-pulse generator.  More...
 
 
 Flow-PR - The Flow Board with Pulse Routing incorporates the position of the block valves into the output of the meter pulses.  Connections are included to tie the Open Limit Switch of the Meter Outlet Valve and the Prover Inlet Valve to the Flow Board.  When both valves are closed, the meter pulse output is disabled to better simulate actual conditions in the field.  Additionally, when the Prover Inlet Valve is not closed, the "A" meter pulses are routed to a terminal for connection to the Prover Simulator Board (See Below).  More...
  
 
 Flow-SS - The Flow-SS Board removes the analog input for the Flow Control Valve and replaces it with control from a Set-Stop Valve, similar to the Smith Meter 210 Valve.  This flow simulator board is typically used for simulating the operation of tanker truck and rail car loading stations.  More...
