The Flow-SS Simulator Board is similar to the Flow-STD board with the exception that the Analog Input for the Flow Control Valve has been removed and replaced with Digital (Open and Close) Valve Control signals.  This operation is designed for testing Truck Loading Automation systems using Set-Stop Valves.  The features of this board include:

 

• Installable on standard DIN Rail
• 24 VDC operation
• All connections via plug and header, not terminals
• Eight Frequency Ranges (0-63, 0-125, 0-188, 0-250, 0-1000, 0-2000, 0-3000 and 0-4000 Hz)
• Two current-sourcing, output pulse trains, 90 degrees phase displaced
• Open/Close Digital Valve Control for controlling frequency (flow rate)
• Red LED (Close) and Green LED (Open) show status of controlling inputs
• Manual mode of operation for manually adjustable frequency output over the selected range
• Either pulse output can be turned off via the DIP Switch
• LEDs show overall health of the board (1/2 second flashing) and output status.
