The Standard Flow Board is designed to fully simulate a dual pulse, custody transfer meter. Some of its many features include:
- Installable on standard DIN Rail
- 24 VDC operation
- All connections via plug and header, not terminals
- Eight Frequency Ranges (0-63, 0-125, 0-188, 0-250, 0-1000, 0-2000, 0-3000 and 0-4000 Hz)
- Two current-sourcing, output pulse trains, 90 degrees phase displaced
- 4-20 mA input for Flow Control Valve signal
- Can be configured for Reverse-acting Flow Control Valves (4 mA = Open)
- Manual mode of operation for manually adjustable frequency output over the selected range
- Either pulse output can be turned off via the DIP Switch
- LEDs show overall health of the board (1/2 second flashing) and output status.
- Red LED flashes as a faster rate when pulse output is disabled due to a low signal (< 4.06 mA)
