The Metered Injector Simulator Board simulates the operation of one metered injector. The simulator outputs a stream of pulses when the two inputs (Injector and Pump) are active. The frequency range of the output pulse stream is fully adjustable from 15 to 250 Hz. The Metered Injector Simulator Board has the following features:
- 12 VDC or 24 VDC operation
- DIN Rail Mount
- Compact size
- LEDs included for complete status of the board
- Red - Blinks when board is operating correctly
- Yellow - Indicates when Injector signal is active
- Orange - Indicates when Pump signal is active (or overridden)
- Green - Indicates when pulses are being output
- Fully adjustable frequency for Pulse Stream output
- Selectable error conditions are designed in:
- Output Pulses when Injector is off
- Inhibit Pulse output when Injector is on
- Pump Override included for systems with no pump or pump not simulated
